Wow I thought it was going to be hard for me to do but i went into it positive and stayed that way. Last night was takeaway friday and i had my salmon meal which my nearly 2 granddaughter had too while hubby and daughter had KFC and i wasn't even fussed. hopped on the scales this morning and 2.5 kilos lighter and I am feeling the best i have felt in about 4 yrs.
